What does Taqania do?
We build online platforms for businesses: the Tender platform finds the Etimad tenders that fit your company, Renew reminds you before your licences and certificates expire, and Messaging runs your WhatsApp Business number as a team.
How do I get access?
Renew is free to start: sign in with your work email and set up your business in a minute. The Tender platform and Messaging each have a “Request access” button: tell us about your business and we email your invitation, so every account is set up properly.
Can I use more than one platform?
Yes. Each platform has its own sign-in, and you can use as many as you need.
How do I sign in?
No passwords: you enter your email address, and we email you a six-digit code to finish signing in, the same way on all our platforms. From your account page you can sign out of your device, or of every device at once if you signed in somewhere you no longer have.
Can my colleagues use it too?
Yes. The account owner invites colleagues, who see the same company data. The owner keeps control of settings.
Who can see our documents and data?
Only the people in your business. Each business’s data is kept separate, files open through short-lived private links, and we never sell or share your information.
Does Renew renew documents for us?
No. Renew tracks expiry dates and reminds you by email in good time; you renew through the usual government channels and upload the new copy.
Is the Tender platform part of Etimad?
No. It is independent of Etimad and the Ministry of Finance. You still buy booklets and submit bids on Etimad; the platform helps you find the right tenders and prepare.
What does Messaging cost to send?
Meta charges for each WhatsApp template message it delivers, separately from Taqania, at its own published rates. Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free of Meta’s charge.
Do the platforms work in Arabic?
Yes. Every platform is Arabic first, with English one click away, and dates are shown in the Gregorian and Hijri calendars where it matters.
How much does it cost?
Renew has a free plan for small businesses, and monthly or yearly paid plans by the number of documents, employees and vehicles, chosen inside the platform. For the Tender platform and Messaging, pricing depends on your business: request access or contact us and we will send you the details.
